Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds: Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of it. If your refund is approved, we will refund you in the orginal method of payment. Engraved products are non-refundable.
